Walnut Milk 核桃仁奶 (Video)

Ingredients:
Walnut Milk 35gm, Filtered Water 350ml, Pinch of salt / sugar Optional

Methods:
1. Roast your nuts OR soak it for at least 1-2 hour before blend.
2. Add in all ingredients in to i-Processor, blend 3 minutes at speed 8.
3. Ready to serve!

You can drink Walnut Milk on its own or use it as a dairy substitute in other beverages.

2. 将所有材料加入智能养生机中,档速8搅拌3分钟。
3. 准备享用!
