Vegan Foie Gras 素鹅肝酱 (Video)

Ingredients:
Portobello Mushroom about 300gm, Mixed herbs 2 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Black pepper 1/2 tsp, Plant-based butter 1 small piece (about 15gm), Cashews 30gm, Oat milk 30ml, Truffle oil (optional)

Methods:
1. Toast the cashews lightly to enhance their aroma, then soak them in hot water until softened.
2. Clean and remove the stems from the mushrooms, then cut them into small pieces.
3. You don’t need to buy oat milk, as the i-Processor smart machine can make it at home. For the recipe, refer to the previous video

4. Set the e-Touch to medium-low heat. Add butter, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, and mushrooms, and stir-fry until cooked.
5. Transfer the cooked mushrooms, drained cashews, and oat milk into the iTAZZO i-Processor.
6. Press the Auto button to blend everything into a smooth paste.
7. Toast baguette slices or other bread/crackers with plant-based butter until crispy.
8. Finally, spread the vegan foie gras on the freshly toasted bread and enjoy!For an extra touch of flavor, add a little truffle oil if you have it!

材料:
Portobello Mushroom (大牛扒菇)- 约300gm、混合香草 2茶匙、盐 1茶匙、胡椒粉 1/2茶匙、植物黄油 1小块 (约15gm)、腰果 30gm、燕麦奶 30ml、松露油 可加可不加

做法:
1.腰果可以提前稍微烤过增添香气,然后热水浸泡变软。
2.菇洗净去蒂后,切小块。
3.燕麦奶不用外面买, i-Processor 智能养生机就可以自制。

4.e-Touch设中小火,加入奶油、混合香草、盐和胡椒粉和蘑菇,拌匀炒熟。
5.将炒熟后的蘑菇,沥干水的腰果和燕麦奶倒入iTAZZO i-Processor 智能养生机。
6.按Auto 键将所有材料打碎并混合均匀成酱即可。
7.法棍面包,或者其他面包、饼干抹上植物黄油烤脆。
8.最后,将做好的素鹅肝酱抹在新鲜出炉的面包上即可食用。*有条件的还可以加点松露油,风味更佳!
