Ulundu Vadai (video)

Ingredients: Onions-100 gm, Green Pepper-40 gm, Ginger-20 gm, Curry leaves-8 pcs, Corriander-Some , Salt-1/4 teaspoons, Asafoetida Powder-1/4 teaspoons, Medhu Vadai Mix-300 gm, Life water-200 ml

Methods:

1. Put the onions, green pepper, ginger, curry leaves, corriander, salt, asafetida powder and life water into e-processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogeneous.

2. After that, put in the medhu vadai mix and set at speed 3 and blend till homogeneous.

3. After blending, pour into a bowl.

4. Heat up the pan and fry the mixture in low heat till fragrance. Ready to serve.

Ulundu Vadai

材料:大葱-100 gm、青辣椒-40 gm、姜-20 gm、咖喱叶-8 片、芫茜-少许、盐-1/4 茶匙、Asafoetida粉-1/4 茶匙、Medhu Vadai Mix-300 gm、生命水-200 ml

做法:

1. 首先将大葱、青辣椒、姜、咖喱叶、芫茜、盐、Asafoetida粉和生命水放入养生机,设定1号搅拌至均匀。

2. 搅拌后,再将Medhu Vadai Mix倒入,设定3号搅拌至均匀。

3. 完成后, 倒出放在碗中。

4. 热锅后,放入搅拌均匀的材料慢煎至金黄色即可享用。
