Ingredients: Prawns-4 pcs, Onions-2 pcs, Shallots-8 pcs, Red bird eye chillies-12 pcs, Kaffir lime leaves-10 pcs, Dried tamarind-3 slices, Ginger flower-1 pc, Lemongrass-3 pcs, Water-750 ml, Rock sugar-3 tablespoons, Oil-some, Lime-1 pc , Salt- some

Methods:

1. Cut onions and shallots into cubes. Blend together with red bird eye chillies, kaffir lime leaves, dried tamarind, ginger flower, lemongrass and rock sugar at speed 8 for 3 minutes. Set aside for use. (Use stirring rod to help blending when needed).

2. Heat up oil in a pan then add the mixture. Cook till fragrance.

3. Add life water and bring to boil. Add prawns and salt to taste. Cook for 3 minutes and then squeeze the lime juice before serving.

材料:虾-4 只、大葱-2 粒、小葱-8 粒、小红辣椒-12 条、麻风柑叶-10 片、Asam片-3 片、姜花-1 支、香茅-3 支、水-750 ml、冰 3 汤匙、油-适量、酸柑-1 粒、盐-适量

做法:

1. 先将大葱和小葱切块。后将大葱,小葱,小红辣椒,麻风柑叶,Asam片,姜花,香茅和冰糖放入智能养生机内,设定速度8号搅拌3分钟,然后取出备用。(可用搅拌棒协助搅拌)

2. 将适量的油倒入锅内,油热后,将馅料放进锅内炒香。

3. 加生命水煮滚,然后放入虾和盐调味。煮3分钟后再淋上酸柑汁即可食用。

请使用干磨杯。
