Sweet Corn Bowl Aberdeen Cake 黄金碗仔糕

Ingredients: Sweet corn-150 gm, Instant Jelly Powder-10 gm, Hot water-250 ml

Methods:

1. Dice and boil the corns.

2. Put the corn kernels and hot water into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 3 minutes.

3. Add the instant jelly powder, set at Speed 1 and blend for 1 minute.

黄金碗仔糕

材料:玉蜀黍-150 gm、果冻粉-10 gm、热水-250 ml

做法:

1. 将玉蜀黍切粒,煮滚。

2. 将煮熟的玉蜀黍和热水倒入养生机,设定3号打至3分钟。

3. 再加入果冻粉,设定1号打至1分钟。
