Ingredients:
Glass noodles 1 handful, Cabbage 1/4 head, Carrot 1/2 stick, Egg 1, Fish cake to taste, Dried shrimp to taste, Water 1 small bowl, Minced garlic / minced shallots to taste, Cooking oil about 1/2 bowl
Seasoning:
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp, Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, Dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp, White pepper 1/2 tsp
Methods:
1. Rinse dried shrimp and soak until softened. Roughly chop larger ones.
2. Shred cabbage and carrot; slice fish cake.
3. Rinse glass noodles briefly (no soaking needed!).
4. Attach the stirring paddle to the i-Chef Mini Smart Auto-Cooking Pot .
5. Add cooking oil (slightly more) and choose the Stir Fry function.
6. Once oil is hot, add garlic and shallots. Cover and sauté on low heat for about 2 minutes.
7. Add dried shrimp and fish cake. Sauté for 1 minute.
8. Add shredded cabbage and carrot. Continue sautéing for 3 minutes.
9. Push ingredients aside and pour in beaten egg. Quickly scramble.
10. Add all seasonings, cover, and let the machine stir evenly.
11. Add glass noodles and water. Cover and cook on low for about 3 minutes.
12. Let it rest inside the pot for 2 minutes.
13. Add spring onions, and serve.

冬粉 1大把、包菜 1/4 颗、萝卜 1/2条、鸡蛋 1颗、鱼饼 适量、虾米 适量 、水 1小碗、蒜末/红葱头末 适量、食用油 约半碗
调味:
生抽 1汤匙、蚝油 1汤匙、老抽 1/2汤匙、胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
做法:
1.小虾米洗净泡软,大只的虾米可以稍微剁碎。
2.包菜、萝卜切丝、鱼饼切片。
3.冬粉稍微水洗过干净即可 不用泡软!
4.i-Chef Mini智能炒菜机装上搅拌桨。
5.倒入食用油(稍微多一些),选择Stir Fry功能。
6.油热后,倒入蒜末,小红葱头碎盖上锅盖,转小火炒香(约2分钟)。
7.然后倒入虾米和鱼饼炒香 (约1分钟)。
8.包菜丝、萝卜丝,炒香(约3分钟)。
9.然后锅的另外一边倒入打散的鸡蛋,手动稍微炒熟。
10.加入调味料,盖上锅盖翻炒均匀。
11.最后加入冬粉和水,盖上锅盖小火翻炒3分钟左右。
12.炒好后让其在锅内焖2分钟。
13.最后加入葱段,即可盛碟。
