Ingredients:
Chicken / chicken thigh approx. 600gm, Lemongrass 5–6 stalks, Shallots a few, Onion 1, Ginger 1 piece, Water approx. 800ml, Salt to taste
Methods:
1. Rinse all ingredients. Trim off dry or woody parts of the lemongrass and lightly smash the root.
2. Peel the onion and shallots, then cut into chunks.
3. Peel and smash the ginger.
4. Place all ingredients and water into the i-Chef Mini Smart Auto-Cooking Pot.
5. Select Hot Pot mode. Bring to a boil on high heat.
6. Skim off the foam, then switch to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
7. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
材料:
鸡肉/鸡腿 约600gm左右、香茅 5-6根、小红葱头 数颗、洋葱 1颗、姜 1块、水 800ml左右、盐巴 调味
做法:
1.材料洗净,然后香茅去掉枯叶和老茎,拍扁根部。
2.大葱,小葱去皮,切块。
3.姜去皮拍扁。
4.将所有材料和水倒入i-Chef Mini智能炒菜机。
5.选择火锅功能,大火煮沸后,撇去浮沫。
6.转小火,设定1小时。
7.起锅前加入适量盐巴调味即可。
