Snow Fungus & Purple Sweet Potato Soup 银耳紫薯羹 (Video)

Ingredients:
Purple sweet potato-50g, Snow Fungus-1/2 piece, Apple-50g, Rock suga-a little, Wolfberry-a little, Hot Filtered water-500ml

Methods:
1. Wash & reconstituted the Snow Fungus in water before cooking
2. Peeled the purple sweet potato, apple and cut into pieces
3. Add all ingredients to the i-Processor(except Wolfberry)
4. Blend for 8 minutes at speed 6
5. Pour out into a bowl and sprinkle with Wolfberry

材料:
紫薯-50克, 银耳-半朵, 苹果-50克, 冰糖-适量, 枸杞-适量, 热过滤水-500毫升

做法:
1. 银耳买回来后洗净泡发
2. 紫薯和苹果去皮切块
3. 所有材料加入养生机(枸杞除外)
4. 档速6搅拌8分钟
5. 倒出碗中撒上枸杞即可
