Snow Fungus Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹 (Video)

Ingredients:
Pear-1/2 piece, Snow Fungus-Tremella 10g, Millet-10g, Rice-10g, Wolfberry-a little, Filtered water-500ml, Rock sugar-small piece

Methods:
1. Wash & reconstituted the Snow Fungus in water before cooking
2. Peeled & seeded the pear, cut into pieces
3. Wash millet, rice and wolfberry
4. Add all ingredients to the i-Processor (except Woflberry)
5. Blend for 8 minutes at speed 6
6. Pour out into a bowl and sprinkle with wolfberry

材料:
雪-半颗, 银耳-10克, 小米-10克, 大米-10克, 枸杞-适量, 过滤水-500毫升, 冰糖-适量

做法:
1. 银耳买回来后洗净泡发
2. 雪梨去皮去籽切块
3. 小米大米枸杞洗净
4. 加入所有材料至养生机(除了枸杞)
5. 档速6搅拌8分钟
6. 倒出碗中撒上枸杞即可
