Methods: 1. Wash & reconstituted the Snow Fungus in water before cooking 2. Wash Wolfberry & Osmanthus 3. Add all ingredients to the i-Processor(except Wolfberry & Osmanthus ) 4. Blend for 8 minutes at speed 6 5. Add in Crystal Jelly Powder and blend at speed 1 until dissolve 6. Pour into the mold after defoaming, add in some Wolfberry & Osmanthus, set a side for solidification 7. Refrigerate for several hours before eating, the flavor is more delicious
