Snow Fungus Osmanthus Jelly 银耳桂花冻 (Video)

Ingredients:
Osmanthus-a little, Snow Fungus-1/2 piece, Rock sugar-a little, Wolfberry-a little, Crystal Jelly Powder-40g, Filtered water-450ml

Methods:
1. Wash & reconstituted the Snow Fungus in water before cooking
2. Wash Wolfberry & Osmanthus
3. Add all ingredients to the i-Processor(except Wolfberry & Osmanthus )
4. Blend for 8 minutes at speed 6
5. Add in Crystal Jelly Powder and blend at speed 1 until dissolve
6. Pour into the mold after defoaming, add in some Wolfberry & Osmanthus, set a side for solidification
7. Refrigerate for several hours before eating, the flavor is more delicious

材料:
桂花-适量, 银耳-半朵, 冰糖-适量, 枸杞-适量, 白凉粉-40克, 过滤水-450毫升

做法:
1. 银耳买回来后洗净泡发
2. 枸杞和桂花洗净待用。
3. 将银耳,冰糖和水加入养生机
4. 档速6搅拌8分钟
5. 然后加入白凉粉,档速1搅拌均匀即可
6. 消泡后倒入模具,加入桂花和枸杞
7. 凝固后冷藏数小时再食用,风味更加
