Ingredients: Large size Jujube – 3 pieces, Snow Fungus – 1/2 piece, Baked Soy beans – 20g, Rock sugar- a little, Wolfberry – a little, Filtered water – 400ml
Methods: 1. Wash & reconstituted the Snow Fungus in water before cooking 2. Wash the soybeans and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes 3. Add all ingredients to the i-Processor(except Wolfberry) 4. Blend for 8 minutes at speed 6 5. Pour out into a bowl and sprinkle with Wolfberry
