Red Dates and Osmanthus Jelly 红枣桂花养生冻 (Video)

Ingredients:
pitted red dates-50gm, white agar powder-20gm (you can also use konjac jelly powder; refer to the package for the correct amount of powder & water), yellow rock sugar-30gm, filtered water-400ml, A suitable amount of osmanthus flowers

Methods:
1. Wash and pit the red dates. Add all ingredients except the osmanthus flowers into the iTAZZO i-Processors blending jug.
2. Set to speed 8 and blend for 8 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool before removing from the molds.
4. After removing from the molds, sprinkle a small amount of osmanthus flowers on top and it’s ready to eat.

材料:
去核红枣-50gm、白凉粉-20gm (也可以用蒟蒻果冻粉,克数和水量请参考包装建议为准)、黄冰糖-30gm、过滤水-400ml、桂花-适量

做法:
1.红枣洗净去核,除了桂花,全部材料加进 iTAZZO i-Processor养生机料理杯。
2.设档速8搅拌8分钟就做好了。
3.倒进模具放凉后就可以脱模了。
4.脱模后撒上少许桂花即可食用。
