Red Bean Barley Dampness 红豆薏米祛湿水 (Video)

Ingredients:
Red beans 20gm, Barley 15gm, Pandan leaf 1 small piece, Rock sugar to taste, Filtered water 500ml

Methods:
1. Rinse the barley and red beans, then lightly toast them on low heat. Toasting reduces the coolness of the barley and enhances the aroma of the red beans.
2. Add the toasted barley, red beans, and the rest of the ingredients into the i-Processor blending jug.
3. Set to speed 8 and blend for 5 minutes.
4. Enjoy while hot!

材料:
红豆 20gm、薏米 15gm、斑斓叶 1小片、冰糖 适量、净水 500ml

做法:
1.薏米和红豆洗净后先用小火炒过。薏仁性凉,炒过可以降低凉性,而红豆炒过后更香!
2.将炒过的薏米、红豆,和其他材料放入i-Processor智能养生机搅拌杯。
3.设档速8,搅拌5分钟即可。
