Ingredients: Red beans 20gm, Barley 15gm, Pandan leaf 1 small piece, Rock sugar to taste, Filtered water 500ml
Methods: 1. Rinse the barley and red beans, then lightly toast them on low heat. Toasting reduces the coolness of the barley and enhances the aroma of the red beans. 2. Add the toasted barley, red beans, and the rest of the ingredients into the i-Processor blending jug. 3. Set to speed 8 and blend for 5 minutes. 4. Enjoy while hot!
