Old Days Tau Fu Fa 古早味豆腐花

Ingredients: 

Soya Bean-10 tablespoons, Pandan Leaf-1 pc, Instant Jelly Powder-5 gm, Rock Sugar-2 1/2tablespoons, Hot water-1100 ml

 

Methods:

1. Soak soya beans in Life water for 2 hours.

2. Steam for 30 minutes.

3. Put soya beans, pandan leaf, instant jelly powder, rock sugar and hot water into the i-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes.

4. Using white bag to filter the foam.

5. After that, pour the mixture into a container. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Ready to serve.

 

古早味豆腐花

材料:

黄豆-10 汤匙、班兰香叶-1 片、果冻粉-5 gm、冰糖-2 1/2 汤匙、热水-1100 ml

 

做法:

1.黄豆必须泡生命水2个小时。

2. 再蒸30分钟。

3. 将黄豆,班兰香叶, 果冻粉, 冰糖及热水放入智能养生机内, 设定速度6号搅拌5分钟。

4. 把搅拌好的材料倒入白布袋内隔除泡沫。

5. 完成后再倒入容器中, 放入冰箱2小时后即可食用。
