
Ingredients:
Cheesecake
Cream cheese 360gm, Plain yogurt 1 small tub (about 135-150g), Granulated sugar 80gm, Whole eggs 2 | Egg yolk 1, Cornstarch 15gm, Fresh mandarin juice/pulp 30gm, Fresh mandarin segments as needed
Whipped Cream
Whipping cream 200ml, Granulated sugar 20gm
Methods:
1. Prepare all ingredients and add them to the iTAZZO i-Processor.
2. Set to speed 2 and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and lump-free.
3. Pour the mixture into a cake mold. Tap the mold on the table a few times to remove large air bubbles.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (middle rack) for 25-30 minutes.
5. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
6. Add the chilled whipping cream and sugar to the i-Processor.
7. Whip with speed 1 until the cream thickens to a point where it no longer flows and forms clear ridges.
8. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake and decorate with fresh mandarin segments.

材料:
芝士蛋糕
奶油奶酪 360gm、原味优格 1小罐 (约135-150克)、细砂糖 80gm、全蛋 2颗、蛋黄 1颗、玉米淀粉 15gm、鲜柑汁/鲜柑果肉 30g、鲜柑果肉 适量
鲜奶油
淡奶油 200ml、细砂糖 20gm
做法:
1.准备好所有材料,然后加入i-Processor 智能养生机。
2.设定档速2,搅拌1-2分钟至均匀无颗粒即可。
3.倒入蛋糕模中,进入烤箱前在桌面敲几下以消除表层大泡沫。
4.置入已预热的烤箱中层,220°C烤25至30分钟。
5.室温冷却后放进冰箱冷藏(4小时)
6.淡奶油(冰箱取出)和细砂糖倒入i-Processor 智能养生机。
7.档速1打发至奶油浓稠到无法流动,表面出现纹路即可。
8.将打发好的鲜奶油涂抹在已经冷藏过的蛋糕上,再用鲜柑果肉装饰即可。
