Ingredients: Egg-3 pcs, Rice Flour-100 gm, Flour-50 gm, Fine Granulated Sugar-150 gm, Salt-To taste, Coconut Milk-150 ml, Life Water-200 ml
Spare Ingredients: Cooking Oil-Some
Spare Utensil: Kuih Kapit Mould-Few sets
Methods:
1. Put all ingredients into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend till homogenous.
2. After blending, pour the batter into a bowl, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. Rub the mould with some cooking oil then preheat the mould.
4. Pour the right amount of batter on the mould, clip properly the mould.
5. Grill the kuih kapit until golden brown, remove quickly from the mould and fold it into quarters. After cool down, ready to serve.
鸡蛋卷
材料:鸡蛋-3 粒、粘米粉-100 gm、面粉-50 gm、细砂糖-150 gm、盐-少许、椰浆-150 ml、生命水-200 ml
备用材料:食油-少许
备用工具:鸡蛋卷模具-数枝
做法:
1. 将所有的材料放入养生调理机, 设定3号搅拌至均匀。
2. 完成后,将面糊倒入碗中, 放入冰箱冷却15分钟。
3. 将食油擦在鸡蛋卷模具中, 然后预热模具。
4. 模具预热后, 舀入适量的面糊,再将模具的扣子夹上。
5. 面糊烤熟后,将之脱模, 再往两边对折成三角形即可。冷却后, 即可享用。
