Ingredients:
White sesame-300gm, Peanuts (skin removed)-100gm, Sauce for Sesame Noodles (adjust to taste):, Sesame Sauce-2 tbsp, Black vinegar-1 tbsp, Light soy sauce-1 tbsp, Sugar-1 tbsp, Salt-a pinch, Water-2 tbsp (adjust for desired consistency), Any type of noodles-a small handful, Julienned vegetables-as desired, Chopped scallions-to taste *If you like it spicy, you can add some chili oil.
Methods:
1. Toast the white sesame over low heat, continuously stirring until you can smell the sesame aroma. Turn off the heat, and continue stirring in the residual heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
2. Toast the peanuts in the same manner until they emit a peanut fragrance and turn slightly red. Turn off the heat and continue stirring in the residual heat for 2-3 minutes. Let them cool and remove the skins (or you can use skinless peanuts).
3. Add the sesame seeds and peanuts to the iTAZZO i-Processor jug.
4. Set it to speed 6 to grind them into a sauce, then store it in a clean, airtight container.
*You can store sesame sauce in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life.
*Be careful not to over-toast the sesame seeds and peanuts, as this can make the final product taste bitter.
Making Special Sesame Sauce with Noodle:
1. Mix sesame sauce, black vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and water until well combined.
2. Pour the sauce over cooked noodles and your choice of vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame. Mix the noodles and sesame sauce well, and it’s ready to enjoy!

白芝麻-300克、花生(去皮)-100克
麻酱面调味(份量依个人口味)
芝麻酱-2勺、黑醋-1勺、生抽-1勺、糖-1勺、盐-1小撮、水-2勺(依浓稠调整)、任何面条-1小把、蔬菜配料切丝-随意、葱花-适量
*如果喜欢吃辣的可以适量加上辣油哦!
制作芝麻酱:
1.预先将白芝麻洗净沥干后炒熟(小火不停翻炒至能够闻到芝麻香后熄火,然后用锅内余温再翻炒个2-3分钟即可)
2.花生一样先洗净沥干,小火不停翻炒至可闻到花生香气,颜色转为微红便可熄火,然后用锅内余温再翻炒个2-3分钟即可。待凉却后去皮(也可使用去皮花生仁炒)。
3.然后,将芝麻和花生加入i-Processor智能养生杯中。
4.设置档速6搅研磨成酱,然后置入干净密封的容器保存。可以将芝麻酱存储在冰箱中以延长保质期。
*芝麻和花生记得不要炒至过熟,否则这将导致成品发苦哦!
制作特色芝麻酱凉面
1.芝麻酱、黑醋、生抽、糖、盐、水拌匀。
2.将拌好的酱淋在已经煮好的面条和配料上,撒上葱花和芝麻粒,将面条和芝麻酱拌匀即可享用。
