Homemade Pumpkin Tangyuan with Fresh Soy Milk 自制豆奶南瓜汤圆 (Video)

Pumpkin Tangyuan

Ingredients:
Pumpkin-200gm, Glutinous rice flour-150gm~200gm, Fine sugar-Adjust to personal taste, Filtered water-As needed

Methods:
1.Peel and steam the pumpkin until cooked.
2.Add the steamed pumpkin and fine sugar into the iTazzo i-Processor Jug.
3.Blend at speed 2 until a smooth pumpkin puree is achieved.
4.Mix the pumpkin puree with glutinous rice flour, kneading until smooth. Add a little water or the remaining pumpkin water if the dough is too dry.
5.Shape the dough into small balls or mold it into pumpkin-shaped tangyuan or other desired shapes.
6.Cook the tangyuan in boiling water until they float to the surface, then transfer them to a bowl of cold water.

 

Homemade Original Soy Milk

Ingredients:
Soybeans-30gm, Filtered water-500ml, Rock sugar-Adjust to personal taste

Methods:
1.Soak the soybeans for at least 2-4 hours (or overnight) and steam for 30 minutes.
2.Pour the steamed soybeans into the iTazzo i-Processor Jug, add 500ml of water and the desired amount of rock sugar.
3.Blend at speed 8 for 10 minutes.

Finally, pour the freshly made soy milk into a bowl, add the cooked pumpkin tangyuan, and enjoy your delightful homemade treat.

南瓜汤圆

材料:
南瓜汤圆、南瓜-200克、糯米粉-150克-200克、细砂糖-个人口味调整、过滤水-适量调整

做法:
1.南瓜去皮切块蒸熟。
2.i-Processor 智能养生机杯中加入南瓜和细砂糖。
3.档速2搅拌均匀至南瓜泥。
4.将南瓜泥和糯米粉混合搓揉均匀,若面团过干可加入适量水,或剩下的南瓜水。
5.搓揉面团至光滑,不沾盘不粘手后,边可取小剂搓成团子即可。
6.此外,也可以自行做成南瓜造型,或其他造型的汤圆哦!
7.将汤圆倒入已沸滚的锅中煮至浮出水面,便可捞出放在装有冷水的碗中待用。

 

自制原味豆奶

材料:
黄豆-30克、过滤水-500毫升、冰糖-个人口味调整

做法:
1.黄豆浸泡至少2-4小时(或隔夜),然后蒸30分钟。
2.黄豆倒入i-Processor 智能养生机杯中,加入500毫升水和适量冰糖。
3.档速8搅打10分钟即可。

最后,将新鲜自制的豆奶倒入碗中,加入刚才做好的南瓜汤圆即可享用。
