Homemade Chickpea Tofu 鹰嘴豆豆腐 (Video)

Ingredients:
Chickpeas 100gm, Filtered water 250ml

*For a softer texture, you can try adding an extra 100ml of water.

Methods:
1. Rinse and soak the chickpeas overnight.
2. After soaking, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3. Add all ingredients into the iTAZZO i-Processor.
4. Blend on speedCook some caramel or simply use honey, both are great options. 8 for 10 minutes.
5. Pour into a container, let it cool and solidify, then it’s ready to enjoy.

材料:
鹰嘴豆 100gm、过滤水 250ml

*如果想要更嫩些,可以尝试把水量加多100ml左右。


做法:
1.提前一天将鹰嘴豆洗净泡发。
2.泡发好后用净水滤几遍。
3.将所有材料加入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机料理杯。
4.8号档速 10分钟。
5.倒入容器待冷却凝固便可食用。
