Homemade Chickpea Milk 自制鹰嘴豆奶 (Video)

Ingredients:
Chickpeas (about 46 pieces) 30gm, Pitted dates 3-4, Filtered water 500ml

Methods:
1. Rinse and soak the chickpeas overnight.
2. After soaking, rinse them thoroughly with clean water.
3. Add all the ingredients to the iTAZZO i-Processor.
4. Blend on setting 8 for 10 minutes, and it’s ready to enjoy!

材料:
鹰嘴豆30gm (大约46颗)、去核椰枣3-4pcs、过滤水 500ml

做法:
1. 提前一天将鹰嘴豆洗净泡发。
2. 泡发好后用净水滤几遍。
3. 将所有材料加入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机料理杯。
4. 8号档速 10分钟就做好了。
