Homemade Almond Chia Seed Butter 自制杏仁奇亚籽酱 (Video)

Ingredients:
Almon-250gm, Chia Seed-2 tsp

Methods:
1. Place the almonds in the oven and roast until done (top and bottom heat at 150 degrees Celsius, for about 10 minutes).
2. Next, add the roasted almonds into the i-Processor jug.
3.Set to speed 6 and grind it into a spread, finally adding chia seeds and blend until well combined.

材料:
杏仁(扁桃仁)-250克、奇亚籽-约2茶匙

做法:
1. 将杏仁置入烤箱烤熟(上下火150度,烘烤10分钟左右)
2. 然后,将杏仁加入i-Processor智能养生杯中。
3. 设置档速6搅研磨成酱,最后加入奇亚籽稍微搅拌至均匀即可。
