
Ingredients:
Fresh ginger 300gm, Spring onions 100gm, Salt 1 tsp, Chicken stock powder 1/2tsp, Cooking oil 250ml
Methods:
1. Wash and peel the ginger, then cut it into small chunks. *Peeling is optional (keeping the peel helps balance the natural heat of ginger).
2. Wash the spring onions, set aside the white parts in sections, and chop the rest into fine pieces.
3. Add the ginger and spring onion sections into the dry grinding jug of the i-Processor. Use the PULSE button a few times to blend into a coarse paste.
4. Lightly strain excess liquid from the paste if needed.
5. Mix in the salt and chicken stock powder, stirring well.
6. Heat the cooking oil on the iTAZZO e-Touch stove over medium heat until it begins to smoke slightly.
7. Pour the hot oil over the ginger paste and stir to combine.
8. Quickly add the chopped spring onions, then pour another round of hot oil over them and mix everything well.

1.生姜洗净去皮切小块。*也可以不去皮(因为姜皮凉,一起搅拌可以避免姜燥热)
2.青葱洗净,葱白切段待用,其他部分切成葱花。
3.姜、葱段加入i-Processor 智能养生机干磨杯,按PULSE键数次搅成姜葱蓉。
4.多余的汁水可以稍微滤掉。
5.加入盐和鸡精粉调味拌匀。
6.e-Touch电炉设中火将油煮热(至稍微冒烟)
7.然后将热油淋在姜葱蓉上后拌匀。
8.迅速加入葱花,然后再将热油淋上后拌匀即可。
