Fresh Fish Ball 西刀鱼丸

Ingredients: Whitefin Wolf Herring (Ikan Parang)-50 gm, Ice water-100 ml, Salt-1/4 teaspoons

Methods:

1. Put the fish and ice water in the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend until smooth.

2. After that, pour the mixture into a bowl, then add in salt.

3. Use hand to make fish ball and put in cold water.

4. Add water into the pot, after boil, add in fish balls to cook. Ready to serve.

西刀鱼丸

材料:西刀鱼肉-50 gm、冰水-100 ml、盐-1/4 茶匙

做法:

1. 把西刀鱼肉和冰水倒入养生调理机内,设定1号搅拌至均匀。

2. 将搅拌好的鱼肉倒入碗中,放盐及用手稍微搅拌。

3. 用手即可挤出圆润的鱼丸及放入冷水中。

4. 水滚后,把鱼丸倒入煮熟,即可食用。
