Ingredients:
Almond flour (finely ground)-120gm, Cocoa powder-20gm, Sugar substitute-30gm, Baking powder-4gm, Fine salt-0.5gm, Dark chocolate-30gm, Eggs-2, Melted butter or Coconut oil-65ml, A pinch of sea salt, Nuts (as desired)
Methods:
1.Place almonds in the i-Processor dry grinding cup and blend at speed 6 until finely ground.
2.Add cocoa powder, sugar substitute, baking powder, and fine salt. Mix at speed 1 until well combined. Set aside.
3.Melt the butter with dark chocolate using a double boiler.
4.Place egg whites in the i-Processor large cup (make sure the cup is oil and water-free). Mix at speed 1 for 3 minutes until the egg whites can be inverted without spilling.
5.Pour in the mixed dry ingredients, egg yolks, and the melted butter with chocolate. Mix at speed 1 until well combined.
6.Pour the batter into a mold, add nuts, and bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 25-30 minutes.
7.Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top for added flavor.

1. 美国杏仁加入i-Processor 养生调理机干磨杯,档速6搅拌至细粉。
2. 然后加入可可粉、代糖、泡打粉和细盐,档速1拌匀即可,一旁待用。
3. 黄油加入黑巧隔水融化。
4. 蛋白加入i-Processor 养生调理机大杯中(确保杯中无油无水),档速1搅拌3分钟,至杯子倒转蛋白也不会倒出。
5. 倒入混合后的粉类,蛋黄,以及融化后的奶油和黑巧克力,档速1拌匀。
6. 倒入模具,加上坚果后送入已预热165°C,烤25-30分钟。
7. 最后撒上一点海盐增添风味即可。
