Ingredients A: Pandan Leaves-3 pcs, Milk-350 ml
Ingredients B: Flour-130 gm, Brown Sugar-50 gm, Egg-4 pcs
Ingredients C: Durian Flesh-300 gm, Whipped Cream-Some
Methods:
1. Put ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute.
2. Add in ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for another 30 seconds, pour into a bowl and set aside.
3. Preheat the healthy wok, pour a spoonful of batter into the pan, swirl into a thin slice, use low heat to cook until done.
4. When the pancake cool down, place the ingredients C in the middle and wrap it up. Ready to serve.
Tip: Best Served Chilled.
榴莲班戟
材料A:班兰叶-3 条、牛奶-350 ml
材料B:面粉-130 gm、黄糖-50 gm、鸡蛋-4 粒
材料C:榴莲肉-300 gm、奶油-适量
做法:
1. 将材料A放入养生调理机,设定3号打至1分钟。
2. 再将材料B放入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌30秒,然后倒入碗中备用。
3. 将养生炒锅预热,倒一勺面糊入锅中,旋转至薄片,用小火煮至熟透后取出。
4. 当面片冷却后,将材料C放在面片中间,然后包起即可享用。
