Dhall Vade (video)

Ingredients: Dhall-250 gm, Cumin-5 gm, Onions-1/2 pc, Shallots-5 pcs (Fried in advance), Curry leaves-15 pcs, Dried chillies-10 pcs, Salt-1 teaspoon

Methods:

1. Soak the dhall in life water for 30 minutes.

2. Put the dhall, cumin, onions, shallots, curry leaves, dried chillies and salt into the e-Processor, press “Pulse” few times till blend homogeneous.

3. After blending, make into small 1/2 inch thick patty.

4. Heat up the pan and fry till golden brown. Ready to serve.

印度小吃-炸扁豆

材料:Dhall豆-250 gm、小茴香-5 gm、大葱-1/2 粒、小葱头-5 粒 (预先油炸) 、咖喱叶-15 片、辣椒干-10 条、盐-1 茶匙

做法:

1. 将dhall豆泡生命水30分钟。

2. 将dhall豆、小茴香、大葱、小葱头、咖喱叶、辣椒干及盐 放入养生机内,按 “Pulse”数次至搅拌均匀。

3. 搅拌后,取出材料及搓成半寸厚的扁圆形。

4. 热锅后,放入锅中油炸至金黄色即可食用。
