
Ingredients:
White rice 1 cup, Water 1000ml, Ginger Slices 2-3 pieces, Clams as needed, Taro (diced) as needed, Chicken stock as needed (optional)
Methods:
1. Rinse the white rice and add it to the iTAZZO i-Processor with water.
2. Blend at speed 8 for 5 minutes. If the congee is too thick, add water or chicken stock as needed.
3. Transfer the blended congee to a pot, add ginger slices, diced taro, and clams, and simmer until cooked.
4. Adjust the consistency with water or chicken stock according to your preference.

做法:
1.白米洗净后和净水加入 i-Processor智能养生机。
2.档速8打5分钟即可,过程若太过浓稠,可以适量加入净水或鸡高汤。
3.打好的粥底加入锅内,加入姜片,芋头丁和蛤蜊煮熟。
4.根据喜好,适当加入净水或鸡高汤调整浓稠度。
