Cantonese Sponge Cake 港式马来糕 (video)

Ingredients A: Full Cream Milk-100 ml, Brown Sugar-60 gm, Egg-1 pc

Ingredients B: Flour-130 gm, Baking Powder-7 gm

Ingredients C: Olive Oil-30 ml (1 oz)

Utensil: Rectangle Cake Pan-1pc, Cooking Oil-some

Methods:

1. Put ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogenous. 

2. Add in ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogenous, then add in ingredient C and blend till homogenous.

3. Coat Cake Pan with a layer of Cooking Oil then pour the mixture into the Cake Pan.

4. Preheat steamer, use high heat to steam for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

港式马来糕

材料A:全脂牛奶-100 ml、黑糖-60 gm、鸡蛋-1 颗

材料B:面粉-130 gm、发粉-7 gm

材料C:橄榄油-30 ml (1oz)

备用工具长方形蛋糕模具-1 个、食油-少许

做法:

1. 将材料A放入养生调理机,设定1号打至均匀。

2. 再倒入材料B, 设定1号再搅拌均匀, 最后倒入材料C, 以1号搅拌至均匀。

3. 在模具内涂一层食油, 然后将搅拌好的材料倒入模具里。

4. 预热蒸炉, 以大火蒸至20分钟即可享用。
