Bubble Soya Pancake 珍珠豆浆松饼 (video)

Ingredients A: Soya Milk-120 ml, Baking Soda-8 gm, Egg-2 pcs, Butter-30 gm, Sugar-40 gm, Salt-4 gm

Ingredients B: Low Protein Flour-180 gm

Ingredients C: Palm Sugar Pearl-Some

Methods:

1. Put all the ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogenous.

2. Add in the ingredient B into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogenous. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

3. Preheat the pan, pour a spoonful of batter into the pan and fry till fragrant.

4. Pour the ingredient C on top of the pancake. Ready to serve.

珍珠豆浆松饼

材料 A:豆浆-120 ml、泡打粉-8 gm、鸡蛋-2 粒、牛油-30 gm、糖-40 gm、盐-4 gm

材料 B:低筋面粉-180 gm

材料 C:椰糖珍珠-适量

做法:

1. 将材料A倒入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌均匀。

2. 再将材料B一起倒入养生调理杯,设定1号搅拌均匀后即可倒入碗中。

3. 预热锅,倒入一勺的面糊,煎至两面金黄色熟透即可。

4. 最后将材料C淋上松饼即可享用。
