Ingredients:
Mushrooms 1–2 cans, Chicken legs, cut into pieces 2, Garlic, minced 5 cloves, Shallots, chopped 2, Ginger 10 slices, Sesame oil 1 tbsp, Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, Light soy sauce 2 tbsp, Dark soy sauce 1/2tbsp, Rock sugar to taste, Ground pepper 1 tsp, Cornstarch 1/2tbsp, Water 1 bowl, Cooking oil as needed, Spring onion, chopped (for garnish)

Methods:
1. Add oil into the i-Chef Mini and set to high heat. Heat until hot (about 5 minutes).
2. Switch to low heat, add ginger, garlic, and shallots. Sauté until fragrant (about 5 minutes).
3. Add chicken and mushrooms, stir-fry on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the seasonings and mix well.
5. Select Hot Pot mode, set to low heat, and braise for 20 minutes.
6. Before finishing, stir in cornstarch slurry and spring onions.
7. Select Stir Fry mode, give it a quick toss, and it’s ready to serve!

材料:
罐头蘑菇 1-2罐、切块大鸡腿 2个、蒜末 5瓣、红葱头碎 2颗、姜 10片、麻油 1汤匙、蚝油 1汤匙、生抽 2汤匙、黑酱油/老抽 1/2汤匙、冰糖 适量、胡椒粉 1茶匙、玉米淀粉 1/2 汤匙、水 1碗、油 适量 、葱花 装饰

做法:
1.i-Chef Mini智能炒菜机倒入油,设大火将油烧开(约5分钟)。
2.转小火倒入姜片、蒜末、小红葱头爆香(约5分钟)。3.倒入鸡肉、蘑菇继续小火翻炒约5分钟.
4.倒入调味料,让它翻拌均匀。
5.选择Hot Pot键,设小火焖20分钟。
6.起锅前,加入和水了的玉米淀粉勾芡,和葱段。
7.选择Stir Fry 键,稍微翻拌均匀即可出锅。
