Ingredients:
Egg whites 2, Milk 100ml, Roasted black sesame 40gm, Glutinous rice 50gm, Rock sugar to taste, Water 300ml
Methods:
1. Lightly roast or toast the black sesame for extra aroma.
2. Pour black sesame, glutinous rice, rock sugar, and water into i-Processor blending jug.
3. Blend on speed 8 for 10 minutes until smooth black sesame paste forms.
4. Pour out and let sit ~10 minutes until a thin oil layer forms on top.
5. Separate the eggs and use only the whites.
6. Mix egg whites with milk.
7. Gently pour the egg-milk mixture over the black sesame paste.
8. In i-Chef Mini, select the Steam function. Bring water to boil on high (~5 min).
9. Place the covered black sesame-egg mixture on the stainless steel steaming tray.
10. Cover and steam on low for 20 minutes.
11. After steaming, let it rest in the closed pot for 10 minutes.
12. Serve with a sprinkle of black sesame, osmanthus flowers, or drizzle of honey. Enjoy hot or chilled!

鸡蛋清 2颗、牛奶 100ml、炒熟黑芝麻 40gm、糯米 50gm、黄冰糖 适量、净水 300ml
做法:
1.黑芝麻稍微炒制或烘烤过会更香。
2.将黑芝麻,糯米,冰糖和净水倒入i-Processor智能养生机搅拌杯。
3.档速8搅拌10分钟制作黑芝麻糊。
4.倒出等10分钟左右,直到糊面结一层油皮。
5.将2颗鸡蛋打入碗中,取出蛋黄,只留蛋清。
6.加入牛奶,拌匀。
7.轻轻将蛋奶舀至黑芝麻糊上。
8.i-Chef Mini选择Steam键,设25分钟,大火将水烧开(约5分钟)
9.将已盖上保鲜膜的黑芝麻糊蛋奶,放置i-Chef Mini附设的不锈钢蒸盘上。
10.盖上锅盖,转小火蒸20分钟。
11.熄火后放在锅中继续焖10分钟。
12.取出洒上黑芝麻和桂花,或淋上蜜糖,冷藏或热吃都合适!
