Ingredients A: Sugar-20 gm, Ajinomotor-4 gm, Salt-4 gm, Hot Water-100 ml

Methods:
1. Mix well the ingredients A and set aside.
2. Pour in the ingredients B into the e-Maker, press“Knead”button. During kneading, slowly pour in the ingredients A and C into the e-Maker.
3. After 4 minutes, press“Extrude”button to extrude the dough, then cut into small cubes.
4. Preheat the pan with cooking oil, pour in the fish muruku and fry till golden brown. Ready to serve.
美味鱼肉豆饼
材料A:糖-20 gm、味精-4 gm、盐-4 gm、热水-100 ml
材料B:马豆粉-280 gm、咖喱粉-4 gm、Sodium Bikarbonat-2 gm、木薯粉-50 gm
材料C:牛油 (融化)-25 gm、鱼露-20 gm
备用材料:食油-适量
备用工具:特宽面模具-1 个
做法:
1. 将材料A搅拌均匀备用。
2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机,按“Knead”键开始搅拌。 搅拌时,将备用的材料A和材料C慢慢地倒入养生制造机。
3. 4分钟后,再按“Extrude”键让面团搅拌出来及切成一小块。
4. 将食油倒入锅中预热,当油开始起泡就可将鱼豆饼放入锅中油炸。 炸至金黄色即可捞起,乘凉后即可享用。
