Nyonya Seri Muka 娘惹双色糯米糕(video)

Ingredients A: Glutinous Rice-300 gm, Coconut milk-150 ml, Life water-150 ml

Ingredients B: Pandan leaves-4 pcs, Egg-3 pcs, Rock sugar-4 tablespoons, Coconut milk-200 ml, Life water-200 ml, Corn flour-100 gm, Flour-50 gm

Methods:

1. First mix well ingredient A, then steam for 30 minute, set aside for use. 

2. Put the pandan leaves, egg, rock sugar, coconut milk and life water into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 2 minutes.

3. Add in the corn flour and flour, set at speed 2 and blend for another 3 minutes.

4. Pour the mixture on top of the steamed glutinous rice, steam for another 25 minutes. Ready to serve.

Tips:Not recommended to blend till cook for ingredient B.

娘惹双色糯米糕

材料A:糯米-300 gm、椰浆-150 ml、生命水-150 ml

材料B:班兰叶-4 片、鸡蛋-3 粒、冰糖-4 汤匙、椰浆-200 ml、生命水-200 ml、玉米粉-100 gm、面粉-50 gm

做法:

1. 先将材料A搅拌均匀,然后蒸30分钟,置旁备用。

2. 将班兰叶、蛋、冰糖、椰浆和生命水放入养生机,设定6号打至2分钟。

3. 再将玉米粉及面粉也放入养生机,设定2号打至3分钟。

4. 完成后,一起倒入糯米上用大火蒸至25分钟即可享用。

温馨提示:材料B不建议打至沸腾。
