Ingredients: Winter Melon flesh with skin-300gm, Slices of lemon-2, Filtered water-400ml , Honey-to taste
Methods: 1. Thoroughly wash the outer skin of the winter melon, remove the pulp and seeds, and cut into pieces. 2. Put the winter melon and filtered water into the i-Processor blending jug, blend at speed 8 for 10 minutes (for hot water, blend for 8 minutes). 3. Pour into to glass, then squeeze in the juice of 1-2 lemon slices, and add honey to taste.
