Versatile Hummus 百搭鹰嘴豆泥 (Video)

Ingredients:
Cooked chickpeas 200gm, Garlic 2 cloves, Lemon juice 1/2 lemon, Sesame peanut butter 4 tbsp, Olive oil 2 tbsp, Mixed herbs 1/2 tbsp, Cumin powder to taste,Black pepper to taste, Salt 1 tsp, Water 50ml or adjust to preferred consistency

*Refer to the previous recipe for the Sesame spread preparation.
*The seasoning amounts are just a reference—feel free to adjust them to suit your taste!


Methods:
1. Soak the chickpeas overnight, then rinse them thoroughly.
2. The next day, add the chickpeas to a pot and cover with water. Cook over medium-low heat on an e-Touch stove for about 20 minutes.
3. Drain and set aside.
4. Add all ingredients to the i-Processor grinding jug. Set to speed 2 and blend until smooth.
5. Transfer the hummus to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with mixed herbs and black pepper.
6. Enjoy with Mexican tortilla chips, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, or toasted bread!

材料:
煮熟鹰嘴豆 200gm、大蒜 2瓣、柠檬汁 1/2 颗、芝麻花生酱 4汤匙、橄榄油 2汤匙、混合香料 1/2汤匙、孜然粉 适量、黑胡椒 适量、盐巴 1茶匙、清水 50ml左右(自行调整浓稠度)

*芝麻花生酱做法参考之前食谱*调味料其实都只是作为参考,可以依据个人口味调整份量哦!

做法:
1.鹰嘴豆洗净后提前浸泡一晚。2.隔天清水洗净后,倒入锅中,水盖过鹰嘴豆,e-Touch 智能电炉设中小火,设20分钟左右煮熟。
3.煮熟后捞出沥干待用。4.将所有材料倒入i-Processor智能养生机干磨杯,设档速2将所有材料搅拌至泥状即可。
5.取出做好的鹰嘴豆泥,然后再淋上适量橄榄油,撒上些许混合香料和黑胡椒粉。
6.可以搭配墨西哥脆饼,胡萝卜、青瓜条,还是烤过的欧包片都很好吃!
