Vegetarian Jelly Mooncake 褐中秋

Ingredients A: Dragon Fruit-1/2 pc (Small size), Agar Agar-5 gm, Hot Water-200 ml

Ingredients B: Milo Powder-20 tablespoons, Agar Agar-30 gm, Hot Water-800 ml

 

Methods:

1. Put the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes..

2. After blending, pour into a round mould and put in the fridge to be solidified.

3. Add the ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes.

4. Pour half of the ingredients B into the mooncake mould, then put in the ingredients A. After that, pour the balance of ingredients B into the mooncake mould, put in the fridge to be solidified. Ready to serve.

Tips: Ingredients are for making 8 pcs of jelly mooncake.

 

褐中秋

材料A火龙果-1/2 粒 (小颗)、燕菜丝-5 gm、热水-200 ml

材料B美碌粉-20 汤匙、燕菜丝-30 gm、热水-800 ml

 

做法:

1. 将材料A倒入智能养生机内,设定速度6号搅拌5分钟。

2. 完成后,倒入圆模型里,放入冰箱待凝固。

3. 再将材料B倒入智能养生机内,设定速度6号搅拌5分钟。

4. 将搅拌好的材料B倒一半进月饼模型里,再将已凝固了的材料A放入月饼模型里 最后剩余的材料B再次倒入月饼模型,放入冰箱待凝固即可享用。

温馨提醒: 以上材料可供制作8粒燕菜月饼。
