Ingredients A: Bok Choy-6 small stalks, Salt-30 gm

Ingredients B: Garlic-50 gm

Ingredients C: Eryngii Mushroom-50 gm, Fresh Mushroom-50 gm

Ingredients D: Eryngii Mushroom-100 gm, Fresh Mushroom-50 gm

Ingredients E: Cooking Oil-Some, Abalone Sauce-30 ml, Salt-2 gm, Sugar-2 gm, Life Water – 200 ml

Methods:

1. Cut the leaves and stem of Bok Choy into two parts, keep the leaves aside. 

2. Use scissors to cut the top part of the stems into sharp edge, and cut the bottom part so that it can stand alone.

3. Cook water until rolling boil, add salt of ingredients A, and then blanch the stems and leaves in the boiling water for 30 seconds, display on the plate.

4. Put ingredients B into the e-Processor, press the “Pulse” button 2 times, take out and set aside.

5. Put ingredients C into the e-Processor, press the “Pulse” button 4 times, take out and set aside.

6. Cut the Eryngii Mushrooms of ingredients D into angular shape pieces, cut the Enoki Mushroom into two pieces and set aside.

7. Heat up the frying pan, pour the cooking oil of ingredients E, fry the Eryngii Mushrooms until golden brown, and then set aside.

8. Use less of the cooking oil to cook the mixture of Step 4 until fragrant. Add in the Enoki Mushroom of step 6 and fried Eryngii Mushrooms, mixture of step 5 and ingredients E, cook for a while and it’s ready to serve.

材料A:小白菜-6 小棵、盐-30 gm

材料B:蒜米-50 gm

材料C:杏鲍菇-50 gm、鲜东菇-50 gm

材料D:杏鲍菇-100 gm、鲜东菇-50 gm

材料E:食油-适量、鲍鱼汁-30 ml、盐-2 gm、糖-2 gm、生命水-200 ml

做法:

1. 将材料A的小白菜的叶子和茎部切成两个部分, 然后将叶子选出备用。

2. 在小白菜的茎部用剪刀修剪尖角状及把底部稍微切平, 让小白菜可以站立, 然后备用。

3. 煮热水, 将材料A的盐倒入锅中, 然后将已修剪好的茎部和叶子焯水约30秒后捞起摆盘备用。

4. 将材料B倒入养生调理机, 按“Pulse”键2次取出备用。

5. 将材料C倒入养生调理机, 按“Pulse”键4次取出备用。

6. 将材料D的杏鲍菇切成角状, 金针菇切二, 置旁备用。

7. 热锅后, 倒入材料E的食油, 将步骤6的杏鲍菇倒入炸至金黄色, 然后取出备用。

8. 使用少量的食油用来爆香步骤4的材料,爆香后,加入步骤6的金针菇和炸杏鲍菇, 步骤5的材料和材料E一起炒一炒即可上盘享用。
