Vegetable Curry 咖喱杂菜

Ingredients A: Shallots – 40 gm, Dried Chilies – 5 gm, Lemon grass – 10 gm, Curry Leaves – 10 gm, Sugar – 10 gm, Salt – 8 gm, Tamarind Paste Water – 50 ml, Ginger – 10 gm

Ingredients B: Mixed Fenugreek – 4 gm

Ingredients C: Onion – 65 gm, Tomato – 150 gm, Eggplant – 100 gm, Ladyfinger – 20 gm, Long Bean – 20 gm, Olive Oil – 100 ml, Turmeric – 5 gm

Ingredients D: Life Water – 250 ml

Ingredients E: Coconut Milk – 100 ml

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 5 minutes.

2. Preheat the pan, put in the ingredient B and cook till fragrant. Then, add in the ingredient C and cook thoroughly.

3. Add in the mixture A and D cook till homogenous.

4. Lastly, stir in the ingredient E and mix well. Ready to serve.

咖喱杂菜

材料A:小葱头 – 40 gm、辣椒干 – 5 gm、香茅 – 10 gm、咖喱叶 – 10 gm、糖 – 10 gm、盐 – 8 gm、亚参水 – 50 ml、姜 – 10 gm

材料B:香料 – 4 gm

材料C:大葱 – 65 gm、番茄 – 150 gm、茄子 – 100 gm、羊角豆 – 20 gm、长豆 – 20 gm、橄榄油 – 100 ml、黄姜 – 5 gm

材料D:生命水 – 250 ml

材料E:椰浆 – 100 ml

做法:

1. 将所有材料A放入智能养生机,设定速度5号打至5分钟即可取出。

2. 热锅后,将材料B爆香。爆香后,加入所有的材料C炒至熟透。

3. 煮熟后,加入已搅拌好的材料A和D煮至均匀熟透。

4. 最后加入材料E搅拌均匀即可享用美食。
