Ingredients: Onions-100 gm, Green Chili-40 gm, Ginger-20 gm, Curry Leaves-8 pcs, Coriander-Some , Salt-1/4 teaspoon, Asafoetida Powder-1/4 teaspoon, Medhu Vadai Mix-300 gm, Filtered Water-200 ml
Methods:
1. Put the onions, green chili, ginger, curry leaves, coriander, salt, asafetida powder and filtered water into the i-processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 min.
2. After that, put in the medhu vadai mix and set at speed 5 and blend for 1 minute.
3. After blending, pour into a bowl.

Ulundu Vadai
材料:大葱-100 gm、青辣椒-40 gm、姜-20 gm、咖喱叶-8 片、芫茜-少许、盐-1/4 茶匙、Asafoetida粉-1/4 茶匙、Medhu Vadai Mix-300 gm、生命水-200 ml
做法:
1. 首先将大葱、青辣椒、姜、咖喱叶、芫茜、盐、Asafoetida粉和生命水放入智能养生机,设定速度3号搅拌1分钟。
2. 搅拌后,再将Medhu Vadai Mix倒入,设定速度5号搅拌1分钟。
3. 完成后, 倒出放在碗中。
4. 热锅后,放入搅拌均匀的材料慢煎至金黄色即可享用。
