Traditional Mango Lassi 印度传统饮料芒果拉西 (Video)

Ingredients:
Mango 1 (about 400gm), Plain yogurt 100ml, Milk 150ml, Cardamom 1-2 pods (to taste), Ice cubes 1 cup (about 250ml)

Methods:
1. Wash, peel, and pit the mango, then cut it into chunks.
2. Add all ingredients to the iTAZZO i-Processor.
3. Blend on speed setting 6 until smooth and creamy.

材料:
芒果 1颗(约400gm)、原味酸奶 100ml、牛奶 150ml、小豆蔻 1-2颗(个人口味)、冰块 1杯(约250ml)

做法:
1.新鲜芒果洗净后削皮去核切块。
2.将所有材料加入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机料理杯。
3.6号档速打至奶昔状即可。
