Ingredients: Toufu-1/3 pcs, Soy Sauce-1 teaspoon, Pepper Powder-1/2 teaspoon, Salt-1/2 teaspoon, Egg-1 pc, Chicken breast-120 gm, Cornflour-2 teaspoon, Oat-2 teaspoon
Methods:
1. Put the toufu, soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, egg, chicken, cornflour and oat in the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogeneous.
2. Pour the mixture to a bowl, then make into desired shape.
3. Heat up the pan, fry the meat in low heat till fragrance. Ready to serve.

香煎豆腐肉饼
材料:豆腐-1/3 块、生抽-1 茶匙、胡椒粉-1/2 茶匙、盐-1/2 茶匙、鸡蛋-1 粒、鸡肉-120 gm 、生粉-2 茶匙 、燕麦-2 茶匙
做法:
1. 将豆腐、生抽、胡椒粉、盐、鸡蛋、鸡肉、生粉和燕麦放入养生调理机内,设定1号搅拌至均匀。
2. 把搅拌均匀的材料倒入碗中,然后搓成自己喜爱的形状。
3. 热锅后,放入肉饼慢火煎至金黄色后,即可享用。
