Tasty Egg Tart 美味蛋塔(video)

Ingredients A: High Gluten Flour-200 gm, Butter-110 gm, Icing Sugar-20 gm, Salt-Some

Ingredients B: Life Water-2 tablespoons

Ingredients C: Egg-8 pcs, Milk-200 ml, Sugar-80 gm

Methods:

1. Put ingredients A into the e-Maker, press”Knead”button, slowly pour the ingredients B into the e-Maker.

2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.

3. Put ingredients C into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 5 minutes.

4. Filter the foam after blending, set aside for use.

5. Divide the refrigerated ingredient A into 25gm each, place into the oiled mould to make the egg tart skin.

6. Pour slowly the ingredients C onto egg tart skin.

7. Preheat the oven, bake at 180˚C for 20 minutes.

美味蛋塔

材料A:高筋面粉-200 gm、牛油-110 gm、糖粉-20 gm、盐-少许

材料B:生命水-2 汤匙

材料C:鸡蛋-8 粒、牛奶-200 ml、糖-80 gm

做法:

1. 将材料A放入养生制造机,按“Knead”键,然后将材料B慢慢地倒入养生制造机。

2. 完成后,取出放在碗中,放入冰箱15分钟。

3. 将材料C放入养生调理机,设定1号打至5分钟。

4. 将搅拌好的材料C过滤泡沫,放一旁备用。

5. 将已冷却的材料A分为每粒25gm,然后放入已涂油的模具中做饼皮。

6. 将材料C慢慢倒入饼皮内。

7. 预热烘炉,以180˚C 烘培20分钟即可。
