Taro Basque Burnt Cheesecake 芋泥巴斯克芝士蛋糕

Ingredients A: Taro – 150 gm, Purple Sweet Potato – 60 gm, Whipping Cream – 50 ml, Condensed Milk – 20 ml, Milk – 50 ml

Ingredients B: Whipping Cream – 100 ml, Cream Cheese – 130 gm, Powdered Sugar – 30 gm

Ingredients C: Egg – 1 pc, Corn Starch – 5 gm

Spare Utensils : Muffin Cups – 6, Fine Mesh Strainer – 1

 

Methods:

1. Peel the skin of the taro and purple sweet potato, steam for 30 minutes.

2. Put the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend for 3 minutes.

3. After mixing, pour the purple taro paste into a bowl and refrigerate for later use.

4. Pour the ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, add the ingredients C into the i-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend for 1 minute.

5. After blending, pour into a bowl through the strainer to remove the foam, set aside for use.

6. Take out the purple taro paste from the fridge, put it into the muffin cups equally, then pour the mixture of Step 5 onto the purple taro paste until it is 90% full.

7. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 170°C, bake for 20 minutes.

8. After baking, let them cool down. Refrigerate for 4 hours for better taste.

*  Tips: If the color is uneven after 20 minutes of baking, use the top heating to bake another 3-5 minutes

芋泥巴斯克芝士蛋糕

 

材料A:芋头 – 150 gm, 紫薯 – 60 gm, 淡奶油 – 50 ml, 炼乳 – 20 ml, 牛奶 – 50 ml

材料B:淡奶油 – 100 ml,奶油奶酪 – 130 gm,糖粉 – 30 gm

材料C:鸡蛋 – 1粒, 玉米淀粉 – 5 gm

备用工具:松饼杯 – 6个, 过滤网 – 1 个

 

做法:

1.将芋头和紫薯去皮,蒸30分钟。

2.将材料A放人智能养身机内,设定速度2号搅拌3分钟。

3.搅拌好后,将子紫芋泥倒入碗中,冷藏备用。

4.将材料B倒人智能养身机内,设定速度2号搅拌至3分钟。3分钟后,再将材料C加入智能养身机内,设定速度2号搅拌1分钟即可。

5.搅拌好, 过筛倒人碗中以去除泡沫,置旁备用。

6.将冷藏中的紫芋泥取出,平均放入muffin杯内,再将步骤5备用的材料倒在紫芋泥上至九分滿。

7.预热烤炉5分钟,设定170°C,烘焙20分钟。

8.烤好冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏4个小时, 享用的味道会更佳。

*小贴士:烘焙20分钟后如果颜色不均匀,可以使用烤炉的上火,再烘焙3-5分钟。
