Ingredients:
Petai (stinky beans) 5-6 pods (about 200g beans only), Dried Shrimp (minced) 100gm, Sweet Preserved Radish (minced) 100gm, Salty Preserved Radish (minced) 100gm, Garlic (minced) 4 cloves, Shallots (minced) 3-4 bulbs, Calamansi or tamarind juice 1/2 tbsp, Small Chilies 3 (adjust for preferred spiciness), Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp, Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Methods:
1. Peel and prepare the fresh petai beans.
2. Place the soaked and drained dried shrimp and preserved radish accordingly into the iTAZZO i-Processor dry grinder jug. Press Pulse button until finely minced and set aside.
3. Add garlic, shallots, and chilies to the dry grinder jug, press Pulse button until finely minced, and set aside.
4. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat, and briefly stir-fry the petai. Remove and set aside.
5. Add a bit more oil to the pan, stir-fry the minced preserved radish and dried shrimp accordingly until fragrant, then set aside.
6. Add oil to the pan and sauté the minced garlic, shallots, and chilies until aromatic. Then, add the shrimp and radish mixture, stirring to combine.
7. Add the Petai, stir to mix evenly, then season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Finally, add calamansi or tamarind juice, stir until everything is well-blended, and remove from heat.
8. Ready to serve!

做法:
1.新鲜买回来的臭豆, 剥皮去衣待用。
2.分别将洗净泡软后的虾米,洗净泡水后的菜脯加入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机干磨杯,按PULSE键数次打碎待用。
3.蒜米、红葱头和辣椒一同倒入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机干磨杯,按PULSE键数次打碎待用。
4.锅内放少许油,中火将臭豆过油,盛起待用。
5.然后分别锅内放少许油先将菜脯碎,虾米碎炒香后盛起待用。
6.锅内放适量油,将蒜末、红葱头碎和小辣椒碎爆香后,将虾米和菜脯一起拌炒。
7.加入臭豆拌炒均匀,加入调味料拌炒,最后加入桔子水炒匀炒香即可熄火起锅。
8.可以开动啦!
