Steamed Brown Sugar Rice Cake 红糖米饭发糕 (Video)

Ingredients:
White Rice-20 gm, Rice Flour-200 gm, Water-220 ml, Brown Sugar-100 gm, Original Flavour ENO-2 small packets

Methods:
1. Add the white rice, brown sugar, and water into the i-Processor, set the speed to level 4, and blend until the sugar is dissolved and the white rice becomes smooth.
2. Then add the rice flour, set the speed to level 1, and mix until well combined.
3. Finally, add the ENO and continue mixing at speed 1 until well mixed.
4. Pour the batter into the mould until it is 90% full. Use a knife dipped in oil to make a cross on the surface. This helps the cake to rise evenly and bloom smoothly.
5. Lastly, use the Induction stove, place the steamer over high heat and bring the water to a boil. Steam the cake for 25 to 30 minutes.

材料:
白米饭-20gm、粘米粉-200gm、清水-220ml、红糖-100gm、原味ENO果子盐-2小包

做法:
1. 将米饭、红糖和清水加入i-Processor智能养生机,速度设定4号搅拌至红糖融化,米饭细滑。
2. 然后加入粘米粉,设定速度1号搅拌至均匀混合。
3. 最后,加入原味ENO,继续使用速度1号拌匀。
4. 将粉浆倒入磨具至9分满,用刀沾油在表面划上十字,这样有助发糕涨高高,而且顺利开花。
5. 最后使用Induction,放入已经提前开大火煮沸中的蒸锅中,蒸25至30分钟即可。
