Spring Onion Pancake 葱花煎饼

Ingredients A: Egg-1 pc, Flour-200 gm, Water-300 ml, Dried Shrimps-10 gm, Pepper Powder-Some, Salt-Some, Garlic-Some

Ingredients B: Spring Onion-50 gm, Dried Shrimps-40 gm

Methods:

1. Put ingredient A into the e-Processor, set at Speed 1 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, stir in ingredient B.

3. Heat up the pan and fry till fragrance. Ready to serve.

葱花煎饼

材料A:鸡蛋-1粒、面粉-200 gm、水-300 ml、虾米-10 gm、胡椒粉-少许、盐-少许、蒜米-少许

材料B:青葱-50 gm、虾米-40 gm

做法:

1. 材料A放入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌1分钟。

2. 搅拌后取出倒入碗中,加入材料B。

3. 热锅后,把材料倒入锅中,用小火慢慢煎至金黄色即可食用。
