Special Satay Sauce 特式沙爹酱渌一渌

Ingredients: Roasted Peanut-100 gm, Vegetable Oil-70 gm, Dried Chili-4 pcs, Pepper Sauce-10 gm, Salt-1 teaspoon, Sugar-20 gm

Methods:

1. Put in the roasted peanut in the e-Processor. Use speed 1 and blend for 3 seconds. Take out and put aside.

2. Put in the vegetable oil, dried chili, pepper sauce, salt and sugar in the e-Processor. Use speed 1 to blend for 1 minute.

3. Add the peanut back into the e-Processor and use speed 1 to blend for 3 seconds. Ready to serve.

特式沙爹酱渌一渌

沙爹在马来西亚美食中占了一席重要的位子, 沙爹酱更是不可或缺的酱料。不管是配搭肉类, 饭类甚至于面包, 沙爹酱都可让食物变得美味可口。 今天就让我们用短短几分钟的时间调理出自家的沙爹酱吧!
 

材料:花生(先炒香)-100 gm、植物油-70 gm、辣椒干-4 条、胡椒酱-10 gm、盐-1 茶匙、糖-20 gm

做法:

1. 把炒香的花生放入养生调理机,设定1号打3秒。倒出及放在一旁备用。

2. 把植物油、辣椒干、胡椒酱、盐及糖放入养生调理机,设定1号打至1分钟。

3. 最后再把花生放回养生调理机,用1号打3秒即可。

* 请使用干磨杯。
