Making soy milk:
Ingredients:
Soybeans (soaked for 4 hours or overnight) 30gm, Rock sugar – according to preference (optional or not) 50gm, Pandan leaves 2, Water 500ml
Remove beany smell:
1. Add soaked soybeans to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes
2. Or steam for 30 minutes
Method:
1. Pour soybeans, rock sugar and water into Itazzo i-Processor intelligent health machine, beat at speed 6 for 15 minutes.

Making soy milk, grass jelly and agar-agar mooncakes
Ingredients:
Soy milk 500m, teaspoons agar-agar powder (5g) 2 , Instant jelly powder (2.5gm) 1 teaspoon , Rock sugar- according to preference 30gm, packaged grass jelly 1 piece
Method:
1. Pour 500ml soy milk, 2 teaspoons agar powder, 1 teaspoon instant jelly powder and rock sugar into the pot, stir evenly
2. Turn on medium heat and cook until boiling (stir occasionally)
3. Pour some of the soy milk and agar-agar and set aside (filter)
4. Cut the grass jelly (jelly) into rings and set aside
5. Pour a little soy milk agar-agar into the agar-agar mooncake mold and wait until the agar-agar layer is semi-solidified (cool with a small fan)
6. Join the fairy grass circle
7. Heat the remaining soy milk agar-agar and filter it
8. Fill the mold with soy milk agar-agar
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until solidified
10. Cut into pieces and enjoy
Tips:

材料:
黃豆 (泡浸4小時或隔夜)30gm、冰糖-根據喜好(可放可不放)50gm、香蘭葉 2pcs、清水 500ml
去除豆腥味:
1.泡浸好的黃豆加入沸水中煮5分鐘
2.或蒸30分鐘
做法:
1. 黃豆、冰糖和水倒入Itazzo i-Processor智能養生機,檔速6攪打15分鐘即可。

製作豆水仙草燕菜月餅:
材料:
豆水 500ml、燕菜粉(大约5gm)2茶匙 、即溶果凍粉 (大约2.5gm)1茶匙、冰糖 30gm 、包裝仙草 1pcs
做法:
1. 將500毫升 豆漿,2茶匙 燕菜粉,1茶匙即溶果凍粉和 冰糖倒入鍋中,攪拌均勻
2. 開中火,煮至沸騰 (間中不停攪拌)
3. 倒一部分豆奶燕菜出來備用(過濾)
4. 將仙草(涼粉)切圈備用
5. 將少許豆奶燕菜倒入燕菜月餅模具中,等燕菜層半凝固(小風扇吹涼)
6. 加入仙草圈
7. 把剩下的豆奶燕菜加熱後過濾
8. 將豆奶燕菜填滿模具
9. 放入冰箱冷藏至少4小時至凝固
10. 切塊享用
