Shrimp Omelette 虾仁煎蛋

Ingredients:
Shrimp-50gm (about 10-15 pieces), Salt-as needed, Pepper Powder-as needed, Eggs–3 pcs, Oil-as needed

Methods:
1. Beat the eggs and season with salt.
2. Marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper powder for 10 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, at heat level 3 of the induction stove, and pan-fry the shrimp until fragrant.
4. Pour the shrimp into the beaten eggs and mix well.
5. Set the heat level of the Induction stove at 3, pan-fry the shrimp and egg mixture until golden brown. Ready to serve.

材料:
虾仁–50gm(大约10-15只)、盐—适量、胡椒粉—适量、鸡蛋—3粒、油—适量

做法:
1. 鸡蛋打散并放入盐调味。
2. 用盐和胡椒粉腌制虾仁10分钟。
3. 使用Induction,设定3号火,把虾仁煎香。
3. 把虾仁倒入已打散的鸡蛋内搅拌均匀。
4. 使用Induction,设定3号火,把已混合的虾仁和鸡蛋放入锅中煎至金黄色即可享用。
