Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice 虾仁蛋炒饭

Ingredients:
Shrimp-50gm (about 10-15 pieces), Salt-as needed, Pepper Powder-as needed, Cooked Rice-2 bowls, Eggs–2 pcs, Chopped Spring Onions-1 bunch, Oil-as needed, Soy Sauce-as needed

Methods:
1. Marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper powder for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, using the Induction stove, set the heat level at 4, and pan-fry the shrimp until fragrant.
3. Add the eggs and scramble them.
4. Add the rice, continue using heat level 4, and stir-fry until the grains are separated.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and chopped spring onions, mix evenly and it’s ready to serve.

材料:
虾仁–50gm(大约10-15只)、盐—适量,胡椒粉—适量、白饭—2碗、鸡蛋—2粒、葱花—1把、油—适量、酱油—适量

做法:
1. 用盐和胡椒粉腌制虾仁10分钟。
2. 倒入适量的油,使用Induction,设定4号火,把虾仁煎香。
3. 倒入鸡蛋炒散。
4. 倒入饭,继续使用4号火,把饭炒至粒粒分明。
5. 倒入酱油和葱花,炒至均匀即可享用。
